Description
The attached patch is needed to exercise the changes in core ticket 22080 (allowing the addition and removal of post-thumbnails by post type without stomping the existing values).

Note, I didn't think it made sense to create another file with the @ticket syntax for this test so I merged it with the existing test cases instead.
